Modbus Device Metrics

Integration Parameters

• Name: A unique identifier for the Modbus device within FojiSoft.
• Maintenance Schedule: A feature to schedule regular maintenance checks for the Modbus device. This can be set according to specific time frames.
• Toggle to Enable: A switch to activate or deactivate the Modbus device within the FojiSoft system.
• Host: The network host address of the Modbus device.
• Port: The network port on which the Modbus device is operating.
• Scan Interval: The frequency at which FojiSoft scans the Modbus device for data.
• Time Interval Dropdown: Choose between minutes or hours for the scan interval.

Modbus Data Points

Users can add various data points from Modbus devices:

Coils

- Add Data Point: Click the '+' button.

- Metric: Assign a name or identifier to the data point.

- **Address**: Specify the coil address in the Modbus device.

- **Labels**: Assign a name and value for easier identification.

Discrete Inputs

- Add Data Point: Click the '+' button.
