Connecteam

Connecteam is an all-in-one app designed for businesses, particularly those with a deskless workforce. It offers features to streamline communication, schedule employees, track work hours, and manage tasks. The guide will provide step-by-step instructions for setting up a connection, allowing you to transfer information from Connecteam (likely employee data or timesheets) to FojiSoft for further analysis or use within its functionalities.

Connecteam API Key

You will need to obtain the Connecteam API Key from the Connecteam application.

1. Log into your Connecteam application
2. Access the administration dashboard
3. Open the user menu in the upper right corner by clicking on your name

   

4. Click Settings

   

5. Go to the API & integrations page

   

6. Click Generate Zapier API Key

   

7. Click the copy icon to copy the generated key

   

8. Click Save changes

   

Adding a Connection

1. Log into your Foji account
2. Access Connections under Integrations in the navigation menu of the Settings application
3. Click the New Connection button
4. Click the Connecteam API provider in the list. You may search for it in the search box or find it under Enterprise
5. Configure the Connection Fields
6. Click the Create button

Configuring Connection Fields

Name

Enter a unique name for your connection. This name will help you identify and manage your connections within FojiSoft.

Folders

Optionally, select or create folders to better organize your connections. See Connection Folders for more information.

Api Key

Enter the Connecteam API Key generated using the above steps.
