Creating a New Data Set in FojiSoft

This documentation outlines the process for creating a new data set in FojiSoft, including the necessary inputs and steps. Follow these instructions to organize and manage your data sets effectively.

Inputs Required

1. Name: The name of the data set.

2. Folders: Used for organizing data sets.

3. Join Fields: Fields used to join data from different sources.

4. Queries:

   - Query Type: Choose from a drop-down menu (either "Metrics" or "Relational Data").

   - Name: Name of the query.

   - Expand Field: A drop-down menu to expand the field options.

   - Text Box for Query: A text box where you can write your query.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Settings Section:

   - Navigate to Integrations section in the FojiSoft platform.

2. Create a New Data Set:

   - Click on the "Create New Data Set" button.

3. Fill in Data Set Details:

   - Name: Enter a descriptive name for your data set in the "Name" field.

   - Folders: Select or create a folder to organize your data set. Folders help in categorizing and managing multiple data sets.

   - Join Fields: Specify the fields that will be used to join data from different sources. This ensures data integrity and accurate results when combining data sets.

4. Add Queries:

   - Query Type: From the "Query Type" drop-down menu, select either "Metrics" or "Relational Data" depending on the type of data you are working with.

   - Name: Enter a name for your query in the "Name" field.

   - Expand Field: Use the drop-down menu in the "Expand Field" section to choose the appropriate field to expand. This allows for detailed data selection and manipulation.

   - Text Box for Query: Write your SQL or query script in the text box provided. This script will define the data retrieval process for your data set.

5. Save and Configure:

   - Once all fields are filled out and queries are added, click on the "Save" button to create the data set.

   - Configure additional settings such as data refresh intervals, permissions, and access controls as required.

6. Verification and Testing:
