Limble CMMS
Limble CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a user-friendly, cloud-based platform designed to streamline maintenance operations by offering tools for work order management, asset tracking, preventive maintenance scheduling, and reporting. By integrating Limble CMMS with FojiSoft, users can seamlessly sync maintenance data, automate workflows, and improve overall efficiency. This guide walks you through the process of establishing a secure connection between FojiSoft and Limble CMMS, ensuring smooth data flow and enhanced maintenance management capabilities.
API Authentication
To configure the connection to Limble CMMS, you will need to retrieve your Client ID and Client Secret for the Limble CMMS API. To obtain your Client ID and Client Secret login to your Limble account as a Super Administrator and go to Settings -> Configuration, on this page scroll down to the API Settings section and click Generate API Keys. Keep this information secret, you will only be able to see your Client Secret once upon initial generation. If you lose your secret you will need to regenerate it and update your integration accordingly.
Adding a Connection
- Log into your Foji account
- Access Connections under Integrations in the navigation menu of the Settings application
- Click the New Connection button
- Click the Limble CMMS Api provider in the list. You may search for it in the search box or find it under Enterprise
- Configure the Connection Fields
- Click the Create button
Configuring Connection Fields
Name
Enter a unique name for your connection. This name will help you identify and manage your connections within FojiSoft.
Folders
Optionally, select or create folders to better organize your connections. See Connection Folders for more information.
Region
Select the region in which your Limble account resides. These are the Limble CMMS regions and not related to the region in which your FojiSoft account is hosted.
Client ID
Enter the Client ID from Limble
Client Secret
Enter the Client Secret from Limble
